Taylor Bostic (she/her) is an Epidemiologist with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, where she conducts research and provides scientific advice on issues related to the epidemiology of tobacco products. Taylor is serving on this committee in a personal capacity. She comes with previous experience in infectious disease epidemiology, drug overdose epidemiology, and sexual and reproductive health education. She received her BA from The Ohio State University and MPH from Eastern Virginia Medical School, where she was also inducted into the Delta Omega Honorary Society of Public Health for her work and dedication to the field. Taylor is passionate about education, mentorship, and uplifting underserved communities. She believes that everyone deserves digestible access to information and that data should be working to assist us in creating more equitable communities. Taylor looks forward to working alongside you for the 2025 CoD Conference year.

Anne Hill is the Equity Program Evaluator for the Resource Support Unit at the Colorado Department of Public Health, where she assess the impact of sub-recipient projects on community engagement, navigation practices, and the social determinants of health and the provision of COVID-19 vaccines and resources. She works to integrate equitable evaluation principles into the evaluation design, data collection, and interpretation of data findings. During her 20 years in public health, Anne has worked at the federal, university, non-profit, and local levels and has extensive experience in project management, grant writing, data collection methods, and evaluation. Anne received her DrPH in Community and Behavioral Health from the Colorado School of Public Health where she conducted a mixed-methods dissertation on the utilization of community health improvement plans among local public health agencies and community partners.
