Rachel Massman, a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in association management and event planning, is the owner and CEO of Massman Consulting. She is known for her ability to drive success across diverse projects, from large-scale conferences to intimate roundtables.

Rachel's commitment to excellence and her strong work ethic empowers organizations and individuals to reach their full potential. She thrives on complex challenges and delivers impactful results, exceeding expectations and achieving objectives on time and within budget.

As collaborative leader, Rachel fosters environments where diverse perspectives are valued and leveraged. Her strong communication skills and ability to build consensus ensure seamless teamwork and effective decision-making. She is a continuous learner, actively pursuing knowledge and development opportunities.

Rachel’s experience includes managing annual conferences and educational sessions for organizations like Colorado Safety Association and Housing Colorado. In 2024 she successfully led events for the Colorado Public Health Association with their 3-day conference of 700+ attendees and the Roundtable on Gun Violence Prevention 2-day event with 125 attendees as well as a 3-day symposium for Prime Health that had 85 attendees.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her family. She holds a Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification.
