Juan Vazquez

Juan Vazquez currently serves as the Baby & You Program Analyst with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). In his role, he assists with creating reports for those who submit data requests and aggregate tables for Baby & You, a longitudinal survey program that draws monthly samples of postpartum people from live birth certificate records and invites these people by mail to join an online survey platform. Juan’s background has been in Communicable and Infectious disease working as an Arboviral Epidemiologist with CDPHE and a COVID-19 Epidemiologist with El Paso County Public Health, but is currently working in the field of Maternal and Child Health (MCH). He is excited to work towards CPHA’s vision of creating an anti-racist organization and promoting health equity across the state of Colorado. Along with his passion for the field of public health, he enjoys being outdoors and playing board games and tabletop games with friends and family.
